Morris & Morris Attorneys: Results Matter

A Monroe County jury awarded $1.47 million to husband and wife clients of Morris & Morris Attorneys where the husband suffered significant shoulder, knee and ankle injuries after an oncoming vehicle crossed the centerline resulting in a serious head-on collision.

Deborah M. Field was the Personal Injury Attorney who represented the plaintiffs. Field worked closely with the clients and several experts in collecting evidence introduced during the trial. Medical illustrations, models and photographs were shared with jurors to demonstrate the severity of the injuries and the plaintiff’s inability to work in the job he held at the time of the accident.

The present value of the verdict was over $1.6 million and ultimately, with interest, the gross judgment was more than $1.7 million upon payment. The jury’s award included compensation for past and future pain and suffering, lost earnings, medical expenses and spousal loss of services.
